What data we process and for what purpose

Using this site may involve providing certain personal data through the forms (contact and generator) or by email. Only strictly necessary data is collected:

• Contact form: name, email, company (optional) and the content of the message. Purpose: to respond to your request for information. Legal basis: your consent.
• ethics.md generator (email capture): email address. Purpose: to send you the generated package and the implementation guide. Legal basis: your consent.
• The generator's “Refine with AI” feature: the agent description you write is sent to the AI model provider (Anthropic) in order to draft the files for your case, and is not used for any other purpose. Do not include personal data in the description. Legal basis: your consent, by voluntarily using the feature.
• Technical data: when you access the site, technical information such as your IP address may be logged automatically for security and operational reasons.

Legal basis and retention

The legal basis for processing is the user's consent, which may be withdrawn at any time. Data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to handle the request or until consent is withdrawn, and thereafter for the periods legally required to address potential liabilities.

Recipients and processors

No data will be transferred to third parties except where legally required or where providing the service requires it. Acting as data processors or suppliers: the hosting provider that hosts the site and Anthropic (USA), provider of the AI model behind the “Refine with AI” feature. Typefaces and other site resources are served from our own servers, with no third-party connections. International transfers arising from these services rely on the appropriate safeguards provided for by the GDPR (adequacy decisions, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or standard contractual clauses).

Minors

This site is aimed at professionals and companies. Only persons over 14 years of age may provide data; below that age, parental or guardian consent is required, in accordance with the LOPDGDD.

Security measures

We have adopted the technical and organisational measures available to us to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of data. The site uses SSL encryption for the secure transmission of information through the forms.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@acuilaelabs.com and proving your identity. If you believe the processing does not comply with the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
